FIRST DAY OF LEVEL 2

Started my day with a mango banana smoothie, and then kicked my ass with Day 2 (level 1) of the 30 day Shred. After my shower I made an awesome egg white omelet with broccoli and a bit of low-fat sharp cheddar. Now it’s time to get ready for work where I will be on my feet for 10 hours with BURNING theighs. I hit my first goal weight today!!! 2 weeks of eating healthy and working out and I’ve lost 5lbs, which I think is the most weight I’ve ever lost at one time. I am starting to see myself become toned and fit. I am just feeling so much more confident even after this short period if time.
